The refurbishment of 52 Goulburn Street by Brookfield Properties creates an uplifted arrival experience and facilities, delivering an exceptional professional space in the heart of Sydney. Strategic Spaces worked closely with the architectural and client teams to deliver a dynamic wayfinding system that enhances the users’ experience of place.
On entrance levels, careful attention to finishes and material characteristics allowed us to create refined wayfinding, integrated with the interior design and seamlessly connecting to new building thoroughfares.
For the end of trip facilities we developed a bold, monochromatic linework graphic suitable to the robust basement environment, while providing intuitive wayfinding cues for tenants.
The resultant wayfinding system includes both playful, modern graphics and a sophisticated commercial visual language, coalesced into a cohesive whole to deliver on the promise of a world-class office environment.
