Designed by Fender Katsilidis and built by Maben, a newly erected commercial tower proudly overlooks Ringwood Train Station and Eastland Town Square.
Boasting high quality materiality and an interior fit out by Peck Von Hartel, the building’s three distinctive layers harmonise through a refined palette of warm elements, featuring bronze cladding, glass and concrete.
Drawing inspiration from the building’s contours, our innovative wayfinding concept incorporates layered forms and elements, with a bold and succinct visual language that is embedded into the built form.
The typographic design incorporates curved, soft accents and raw materiality with contemporary characters, echoing the elegant facade.
Additionally, our environmental graphics for the end-of-trip facilities applies vibrant pops of colour, drawing inspiration from the user journey and the concept of ‘transitioning from point A to B’. These murals establish a direct link to road markings, the building facade and the nearby train station, infusing the space with dynamic energy that resonates with its users.
