5 Bond Street is a future-focused commercial office building in Ringwood, ideally located next to Eastland Shopping Centre and a short walk from Ringwood Station, offering excellent access to public transport and road networks across Greater Melbourne.

Context

Envisioned by FK for QIC Real Estate, the building is designed to support productivity and wellbeing, with easy access to premium amenities, transport, retail, and services. Positioned between the city skyline and Dandenong Ranges, it offers a unique outlook and strong urban connection.

The material palette mirrors the architectural finishes - mature, polished and refined, yet imbued with a warm, relaxed and local character.

Solution

Our wayfinding concept adopts a minimal and restrained approach, seamlessly integrating with the architecture and drawing inspiration from its linear forms and detailing.

Feature building identification signage extrudes elegantly from the columns, incorporating banded graphics inspired by the strong parallel lines found in the building's architectural language. The typography is clean and confident, with characteristics drawn directly from the facades expression.
